Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist, providing vital services to elementary students in a dynamic school environment for the 2026–2027 academic year. This full-time onsite position is perfect for professionals who are passionate about fostering communication skills and making a lasting difference in children's lives.

This role involves delivering high-quality speech and language therapy either across two campuses, extending additional support, or focusing your expertise on one campus full time. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team, engage families in the therapeutic process, and help your students achieve their fullest potential.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP license or CA Educator Certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly at the elementary level
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and multi-campus settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
  • Document and report on student performance and therapeutic outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and comply with state and federal educational requirements
