This role involves delivering high-quality speech and language therapy either across two campuses, extending additional support, or focusing your expertise on one campus full time. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team, engage families in the therapeutic process, and help your students achieve their fullest potential.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license or CA Educator Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in school settings, particularly at the elementary level
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and multi-campus settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Document and report on student performance and therapeutic outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and comply with state and federal educational requirements
