We are looking for a dependable HR Coordinator to join our team on a Contract basis. In this role, you will help keep daily human resources operations running efficiently by supporting employee-facing administrative tasks and delivering attentive service to staff and visitors. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is highly organized, discreet with sensitive information, and interested in building a career in human resources.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily front-desk and HR support activities, including welcoming visitors, guiding them appropriately, and alerting team members when guests arrive.
• Distribute incoming mail and assist with routine office communications to help maintain smooth departmental operations.
• Partner with the HR Generalist to prepare materials and documentation for employee onboarding and related employee setup activities.
• Take photos for new employees and support the creation and maintenance of personnel records in HR systems and files.
• Handle confidential employee information with care while completing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Contribute to records management projects by scanning, organizing, and maintaining electronic personnel files for easy access and compliance.
• Use tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, fax, and scanning equipment to complete day-to-day administrative assignments efficiently.
• Provide broader administrative assistance to the HR team as needed, helping ensure timely completion of departmental priorities.

• Previous exposure to HR administration, onboarding support, or office coordination is preferred.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and maintain accurate records.
• Dependable work habits, including punctuality, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and approachable communication style with strong internal customer service skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, HRIS platforms, and standard office equipment such as scanners and fax machines.
• Interest in growing within the human resources field; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes, background checks, and HR compliance practices is a plus.
