What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience with children or in educational environments is a plus
- Effective communication skills to interact with students and colleagues
- Strong teamwork abilities and adaptability
- Ability to complete and pass all necessary background screenings
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support for both classroom-wide and individualized instruction
- Assist in managing classroom organization and behavior
- Work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce lessons and support learning
- Serve as a positive role model and encourage student engagement
- Collaborate with staff to help meet students’ academic and social-emotional needs
