This contract opportunity allows you to collaborate closely with educators, families, and community members to help every student thrive.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology
  • Experience with psychological assessments, behavior intervention planning, and counseling services in an educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws and procedures, including IEP development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and student-centered focus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cognitive, academic, and social-emotional evaluations to determine student needs
  • Write comprehensive psychoeducational reports to support special education eligibility decisions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary IEP and student support teams, offering expert recommendations
  • Deliver individual and group counseling to support students’ mental health and social skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
  • Consult with school staff to create positive behavioral supports and inclusive learning environments
  • Keep accurate records and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of your work
