The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide essential mental health services primarily in inpatient care settings. This role involves comprehensive client assessments, developing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and managing crises. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining thorough case documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) are key components of this position, which emphasizes advocacy, referral coordination, and strict compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.
Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with LMFT or LPCC credentials considered a plus
- Experience with clinical assessment and treatment planning
- Expertise in psychotherapy and crisis intervention
- Strong case management and documentation skills
