About the Role
Prime JD Bathroom Remodel Express is looking for an experienced and motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners, provide personalized bath remodeling solutions, and help customers transform their homes while earning exceptional commissions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with prospective customers.
- Assess homeowners' remodeling needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions.
- Present products, pricing, and financing options.
- Close sales during in-home appointments.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Accurately maintain customer information, appointments, and sales activity.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous in-home or outside sales experience required.
- Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong closing ability and a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
