Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students through evidence-based behavioral interventions as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are seeking two skilled professionals for temporary, on-site roles, helping to cover maternity leaves in a vibrant educational setting near Oakland, CA. This contract assignment begins August 5, 2026, and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within dynamic school communities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Valid California credential authorizing work as a BCBA within schools
  • Experience providing behavioral analysis in educational environments strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plan development, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to consult with teachers, staff, and families
  • Commitment to promoting positive student outcomes through direct and consultative behavioral support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments for assigned student caseloads
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide staff training and ongoing consultation to support implementation of interventions
  • Accurately document progress, data collection, and service delivery for reporting needs
  • Work closely with school teams to ensure interventions are integrated into the existing educational framework
  • Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals
  • Adapt approaches as needed based on student response and team feedback
