About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Resident Placement Manager tto source and connect residents with available beds, in partnership with healthcare organizations, non-profits, and other referral sources. This person must also be comfortable engaging publicly, speaking to our community and creating content.

Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, non-profits, and referral partners.
    • Source and place residents into available housing that meets their needs.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and support residents throughout the placement process.
    • Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and speaking engagements.
    • Create engaging content to promote the organization's mission and community presence.

Requirements

  • Experience sourcing and placing residents or clients through external referral networks.
  • Strong relationship-building and outreach skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with community partners.
  • Experience working in an Oxford House or similar sober living environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful partnerships, supporting individuals in recovery, and representing an organization within the community.
