Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Join a Clinic That’s Changing the Game!
Focus Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic, patient-focused team in Rancho Santa Margarita. If you love helping people move better, recover faster, and stay active—and you thrive in a positive, growth-oriented environment—this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Get:
- $30–$37/hour based on experience & certifications
- Flexible part-time schedule with room to grow

- Opportunity to work 1-on-1 with patients in 40–60 min sessions
- Exposure to innovative treatment methods like Astym, AFS, Stemwave, concierge care, and movement analysis

What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed California PTA
- Passion for helping people move and feel better
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Desire to be part of a team that values quality over quantity
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred (but not required)
