Intake Coordinator Requirements
1. Full-time; Monday-Friday; 8 am-5 pm
2. Must be fluent in English & Spanish
3. Be a problem solver with critical thinking skills
4. Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
5. Ability to multi-task while simultaneously providing exceptional customer service
6. Ability to work collaboratively under pressure
7. Prior experience a plus

An intake coordinator is the first point of contact when calling or coming to our office. They are responsible for managing the initial intake process for all new clients. They are responsible for gathering all case information, determining if we are taking the case and reporting the case to the insurance company. They all handle all incoming calls and mail.

1. Answer all inbound/bound calls – transfer, hold, park
2. Conduct intake (gather all case information) and input into the system
3. Evaluate case and determine if we are taking or rejecting
4. Send thank you letters to client
5. Report claims with insurance companies
6. Send letter of representation
7. Assign case to Case Managers
8. Submit SR-1
9. Handle all walk-in intakes
