Paraeducator Opportunity | Sacramento, California
Full-Time | $22.00/Hour | 2026–2027 School Year
Some students need more than instruction—they need encouragement, patience, consistency, and someone who believes in them.
ProCare Therapy is seeking compassionate individuals to support students in Sacramento-area schools during the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. As a Paraeducator, you will play an important role in helping students overcome challenges, build confidence, and experience success both inside and outside the classroom.
No two days are exactly alike, but every day presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Position Snapshot
Location: Sacramento, CA
Start Date: August 11, 2026
School Year: 2026–2027
Hours: 30–35 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday during typical school hours (approximately 7:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.)
Additional Opportunities: Potential hours available through after-school programs
Employment Type: Contracted W-2 Position through ProCare Therapy

- Encourage engagement, participation, and independence
- Assist with classroom activities and daily routines
- Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to support student success
- Serve as a trusted mentor and role model throughout the school day
