Greener Solutions Heat & AC in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Manage Inventory: Track stock levels of HVAC parts, equipment, and tools.
- Fulfill Orders: Pull and stage parts for daily technician service routes.
- Source & Purchase: Order materials from vendors.
- Receive Freight: Unload deliveries, inspect items for damage, and log stock.
- Maintain Warehouse: Keep the storage yard and warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Process Returns: Handle warranty claims and return unused parts to vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse inventory management.
- HVAC Knowledge: Strong familiarity with HVAC parts, components, and sheet metal.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with inventory tracking software and Microsoft Excel.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site.
- Collect and apply customer payments via company software.
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan a plus.
