Job Opportunity: Gate Attendant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities
- Access Control & Welcoming: Greet all visitors warmly, verify their credentials, and safely let authorized people into the property.
- Package Management: Receive and sign for incoming packages, log them accurately in our system, and safely handle the sign-out process when residents collect them.
- Reservation Check-Ins: Manage and verify check-ins for guest reservations and community amenity bookings.
- General Oversight: Keep a watchful eye on the entrance area, maintaining a clean and professional gatehouse environment.
