Construction Site Laborer (Temporary Part-Time) - PASADENA, CA
We're looking for a dependable Construction Site Laborer to join our team on a temporary part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to gain experience in construction. For the right person, this position has the potential to become full-time.
Responsibilities
- Assist experienced tradespeople with daily construction work.
- Load, unload, move, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized.
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, digging, and debris removal.
- Help prepare work areas and support material deliveries.
- Use basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment.
- Perform other duties as needed to help complete projects.
Qualifications
- Construction experience is helpful but not required.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety or willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift 40–50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
