Your Role
As a Primary Care Physician with us, you will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating with a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations.
- Provide essential women's health services, including Pap smears.
- Develop evidence-based evaluations and treatment strategies.
- Care for adult patients (no pediatric care).
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as x-rays, lab results, and EKGs.
- Efficiently manage patient flow with the assistance of Central Support.
- Lead your team of Medical Assistants and support staff.
- Supervise assigned Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
- Oversee a patient panel with a focus on achieving quality outcomes.
About You
- Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an unrestricted DEA license.
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state.
- Dedicated to providing patient-centered, relationship-focused care.
- Comfortable delivering basic women's health services.
- Enthusiastic about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-enhanced care.
- Adept at creating a positive and respectful team atmosphere.
- BLS certification is required and must be obtained prior to your first day.

Compensation
Full-Time Salary (40 hours per week): $260,000-$367,200
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary along with eligibility for additional incentive bonuses based on wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Final compensation will be determined by various factors, including education, experience, work history, and geographic location.
