Compensation:
$130 - $150 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that enhance patient mobility and independence.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to set achievable goals and track progress, ensuring a supportive and encouraging environment.
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises tailored to each patient's unique needs, fostering recovery and well-being.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately, maintaining clear and concise records for ongoing care.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate care and share insights that benefit patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to maintain improvements between sessions.
- Adapt treatment approaches based on patient feedback and evolving needs, ensuring optimal care and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
