What You'll Do
● Independently manage a diverse caseload across PLG's practice areas from inception through resolution
● Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in California state and federal courts
● Manage all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions and preparing witnesses and experts
● Communicate with clients and provide practical, strategic legal counsel
● Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings

What We're Looking For
● litigation experience at a law firm
● Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
● Demonstrated experience in motion practice, depositions, and trial or arbitration proceedings
● Strong command of California civil procedure and state and federal court practice
