Reid & Associates is conducting a confidential search for an Interim Director of Perioperative Services in Southern California.
The ideal candidate would be a collaborating and stabilizing force for a growing hospital with a growing surgical program.
What we're looking for:
• Proven track record leading multi-service perioperative departments in an acute care setting• Experience stabilizing teams following leadership transitions or cultural disruption• Strong surgeon relations able to build trust while maintaining operational control• California RN licensure required
This is an interim placement. Benefits, housing, and travel allowance included for candidates coming from outside the area.
