NOW HIRING: Commercial Maintenance Technician – Orange County
Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour (depending on experience)
Location: Orange County, CA
Position Type: Temporary to Hire
Multi Team Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Technician to work in a commercial office building. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, doors, and other building systems
- Complete preventive maintenance and work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Requirements:
- Previous commercial maintenance experience is required
- Must have your own basic maintenance tools
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general building repairs
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills
