What You’ll Do
- Service existing policyholders with professionalism and care
- Write and/or review auto, fire, and life policies
- Cross-sell and identify coverage gaps (without being pushy)
- Handle endorsements, billing questions, and claims support
- Build real relationships with clients—not just process transactions
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a State Farm agency (required)
- Active Property & Casualty and Life/Health license
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through
- A positive, team-first attitude
