Distribution Associate (Case Picker) – 2nd Shift
Location: Redlands, CA (On-site)
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2nd shift)
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Type: Contract (approx. 12 months)
A-Line Staffing is seeking a Distribution Associate / Case Picker to support a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong, accurate case-picking skills and hands-on experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
What You’ll Do
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to pick and move product
- Perform accurate case picking in a metrics-driven environment
- Read and interpret pick tickets and labels
- Use handheld scanners / RF devices
- Move materials using warehouse equipment (may include forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, handcarts, etc.)
- Follow SOPs and quality/safety guidelines; maintain basic records as needed
Required Qualifications (Must Be On Resume)
- 2+ years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience
- Proven case picking experience with accuracy/efficiency
- Comfortable using RF scanners/handheld devices and reading pick tickets/labels
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math and general computer skills
Education
- High school diploma/GED preferred

- If not listed, must have 2+ years of applicable warehouse experience
Additional Details
- Safety shoes required
- Drug test required
- Interview process: Phone interview
- Physical role: standing/walking, bending, lifting (may exceed 50 lbs at times)
- Environment may include moderate-to-loud noise and seasonal temperature changes (hot summers/cool winters)
