We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This role will support customers by managing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth order process from start to finish.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, and maintaining records in the ERP system
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing updates on order status, timelines, and issues
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to confirm order feasibility and proactively address delays
- Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or specifications
- Prepare customer correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
- Provide backup support for customer service and front office functions during busy periods or employee absences
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, production, and shipping teams
- Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual Spanish
