Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare certified facility
- HCHB experience required

- Weekend requirements: yes
- Territory includes Capistrano Beach, Rancho Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano
