Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity
- $45.00/hour starting pay
- Monday–Friday, flexible scheduling, no weekends
- The Home health Physical Therapist can expect 2–6 visits daily
- Travel averages 50 miles, may extend to 100 miles
- Federal-rate mileage reimbursement
- WellSky EMR documentation
Home Health Physical Therapist Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice with current certifications and credentials
- Experience in home health care or outpatient rehabilitation, with the ability to manage multiple patient visits per day
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills, including proficiency with electronic medical records (WellSky EMR preferred)
