About The Role:
\n
\n
The Customer Service Representative provides pre-sale, post-sale, and logistics support to Business Development Managers, Independent Sales Representatives, Distributors, and Customers within assigned territories. This role manages the order fulfillment process, coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and supports customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete order fulfillment process, including order entry, scheduling, status updates, and coordination with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, sales representatives, and Business Development Managers regarding pricing, product availability, order status, company policies, and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, and pricing information in SAP and other business systems.
- Administer company policies related to pricing, freight, warranties, and order processing.
- Coordinate with Credit, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Finance teams to support customer requirements and resolve issues.
- Escalate critical quoting, booking, delivery, or revenue concerns as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall customer experience.
- Participate in special projects and other assignments as directed.

Qualifications:
\n
\n

- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, sales operations, or a related role within a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

\n
Required Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting sales teams in a high-volume business environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Customer-focused with a professional and positive approach.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Pay range and compensation package: $25/hr -$38/hr
