Role Overview:

As an Operator, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Working under close supervision, you will perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on medical catheters, pacemakers, and related medical device assemblies. This role requires maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards, following detailed procedures, and working effectively within an FDA-regulated facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Device Assembly: Perform manual assembly, repair, and testing of medical catheters, pacemakers, and implantable cardioverter defibrillators.

Microscope Operations: Use specialized tools to handle and maneuver small components and assemblies under a microscope for extended periods.

Quality Compliance: Follow standardized procedures strictly to maintain compliance, ensure part traceability, and uphold FDA quality guidelines.

Documentation Management: Complete and maintain accurate, detailed written and electronic records to ensure full regulatory documentation.

Cleanroom Adherence: Maintain absolute compliance with strict cleanroom dress codes, hygiene protocols, and clean environment safety regulations.

Requirements:

Industry Experience: Prior experience working within a cleanroom environment or an FDA-regulated manufacturing setting.

Technical Assembly: Proven experience with hand soldering and manual assembly of intricate medical devices.

Physical Dexterity: Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repeated tasks like grabbing, pinching, pulling, and twisting.
