ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-based position in Lower Lake, CA for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Details:
Full-time
1 opening available
186-day school calendar
37.5 hours per week plus 1 hour for staff meetings
7.5-hour workday
K-4th grade caseload
Classroom Details:
Extensive Support Needs (ESN) classroom
Approximately 14 students
Qualifications:
Active California CTC certification required
Must hold an ESN or Moderate/Severe Special Education Credential
Experience working with students with extensive support needs preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction aligned with student IEP goals
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans
Support students with diverse learning needs in a structured classroom environment
Collaborate with support staff, related service providers, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
