About Us
Hyundai of Vacaville, part of the Wise Auto Group, is growing and looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team. We're a fast-paced, well-run shop that values hard work, clean diagnostics, and technicians who take pride in getting the job done right the first time.
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on customer vehicles
- Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues
- Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate with service advisors on findings, recommendations, and job status
- Keep up with manufacturer training and stay current on Hyundai systems and technology
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an automotive technician (dealership experience a plus)
- ASE certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain them
- Own tools required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Hyundai brand experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right candidate
