Job Description:
\n
The Physical Therapist will primarily work in a skilled nursing facility with training to float to an inpatient acute care hospital. The role involves treating 8-9 post-acute patients per day and requires working with an interdisciplinary team to manage a variety of conditions such as total joint replacements, stroke, and pneumonia.

Responsibilities:
\n

- Work independently and perform patient transfers.
- Maintain excellent communication with the interdisciplinary team.
- Treat geriatric and chronic condition patients in an inpatient setting.
- Cover multiple stations within the facility as required.

Requirements:

- Valid CA PT license.
- AHA BLS certification.
- Submission of two supervisory references, including one within the last 12 months and another within the past three years, is needed at the time of submittal.
- Copy of the driver's license for legal name validation.
- No employment with facilities associated with CommonSpirit in the past year.
