Job Description

Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a fulfilling opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students across multiple campuses in a dynamic district. Starting August 11, 2026, and running through June 4, 2027, this full-time, on-site contract role is ideal for SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellows (CFs)—provided supervision arrangements are in place. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where dedicated case managers handle administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on direct student support and intervention.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Active California SLP license and a valid CTC document (preliminary or clear credential, or Certificate of Clearance) must be on file prior to starting.
  • Open to both SLP-CCC and CF (with confirmed supervision); SLPA credentials are not accepted for this position.
  • Experience in school-based settings is desirable.
  • Strong commitment to serving a diverse student population across grades.
  • Flexibility for itinerant assignments, covering 1-4 campuses (average of 2), within a 1-hour or 20-mile commute cap.
  • Comfortable with a caseload of approximately 55-60 students.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy services and conduct assessments for a varied school-aged caseload.
  • Collaborate closely with school staff while having case managers handle IEP coordination.
  • Travel between assigned school locations as needed.
  • Maintain diligent and timely documentation.
  • Support generalization of communication skills in classroom and school settings.

This role offers a robust support network, professional growth, and the chance to positively influence student outcomes. Soliant will reimburse necessary assessment materials expenses up to $2,500.

If you’re passionate about helping students thrive and meet the licensure requirements, take the next step in your career. Submit your application today to make a meaningful impact in this engaging, student-focused environment!
