Clearwater Living is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage marketing systems, data, and digital platforms that support lead generation and occupancy growth across multiple senior living communities.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
Pay Range: $36.10 - $38.00 DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Administer marketing platforms, including CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, social media, reputation management, and websites
- Execute email marketing campaigns and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars
- Maintain CRM data integrity, reporting, and user adoption
- Monitor online reviews and support reputation management across communities
- Update website content and maintain third-party listing accuracy
- Analyze marketing performance data and generate reports
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and system efficiency
- Provide training and support to internal teams
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or related field
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms required
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
