What You'll Do
- Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements from planning through completion
- Work directly with clients to understand their operations and business objectives
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Identify opportunities to improve client processes and internal controls
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff members
- Collaborate with partners and managers to deliver exceptional client service
- Build trusted relationships with clients while contributing to the firm's continued success
What We're Looking For
- Public accounting audit experience
- Experience leading audit engagements
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining exceptional quality
- CPA license or progress toward licensure is a plus
