Warehouse Associate – Pharmacy Operations (Onsite)
Location: Onsite
Job Type: Full-Time (Approximately 40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $19.44 per hour
Duration: 3-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Interviews: In-person interviews required

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role works alongside pharmacists, supervisors, and pharmacy technicians to coordinate, assemble, package, and ship patient medication orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
No pharmacy technician license is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the assembly and packaging of patient medication orders for shipment.
- Retrieve and organize shipping documents and labels for order fulfillment.
- Assist with packing and shipping medications using national shipping carriers.
- Track shipped packages and monitor delivery status.
- Report undelivered or delayed shipments for follow-up.
- Organize daily shipping reports for management review.
- Receive non-pharmaceutical inventory through the receiving dock.
- Maintain warehouse inventory in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and daily cycle counts.
- Restock pharmacy picking locations.
- Assist with purchase orders, inventory receiving, and inventory reconciliation.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory levels under pharmacist supervision.
- Process returned products according to standard operating procedures.
- Utilize computer systems, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel for daily tasks.
- Perform additional warehouse and inventory responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year of warehouse or purchasing experience required.
- Data entry experience preferred.
- Pharmacy or healthcare warehouse experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers preferred.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack is required.
- No pharmacy technician license required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute and use a 10-key keypad.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
