We’re expanding our Zillow Flex Team and looking for motivated full-time agents who can handle REAL opportunities.
We’re not looking for hobbyists, part-timers, or agents who treat real estate like an optional side gig.
We need serious professionals who are hungry, dependable, and ready to work.
We’re a Veteran-owned real estate and mortgage company with more leads than our current team can handle — and we need a few more driven agents who want to grow FAST with systems, accountability, and a steady flow of clients.

What We Expect:
This is full-time only.
You MUST be:
Available to show homes 7 days a week (flexible hours, but availability is required)
Willing to complete Zillow Flex training + Follow Up Boss training
Comfortable with phone work, follow-up, and CRM organization
Consistent with communication — no ghosting leads
Motivated, coachable, and hungry to earn
NOT lazy, NOT part-time, NOT looking for handouts
If you’re not willing to work, follow systems, or learn — this isn’t the position for you.
If you are willing? You can realistically close multiple deals each month.
