Location: Flagstaff, AZ (Job is located in Cameron, Arizona – relocation or commute required)

Compensation:

  • $60,000 – $65,000 annual base salary
  • Up to $12,000/year in performance bonuses ($1,000/month)

Pay Frequency: Annually

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Drive sales performance and manage P&L responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop team members aligned with company values
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Lead local marketing and community engagement efforts
  • Identify challenges and implement operational improvements
  • Build a culture of accountability, energy, and pride

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in fast food (Burger King experience required)
  • Age 25+
  • ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely
