Location: Flagstaff, AZ (Job is located in Cameron, Arizona – relocation or commute required)
Compensation:
- $60,000 – $65,000 annual base salary
- Up to $12,000/year in performance bonuses ($1,000/month)
Pay Frequency: Annually

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional service
- Drive sales performance and manage P&L responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop team members aligned with company values
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Lead local marketing and community engagement efforts
- Identify challenges and implement operational improvements
- Build a culture of accountability, energy, and pride
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in fast food (Burger King experience required)
- Age 25+
- ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely
