Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and stack products.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers with precision and care.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certification and experience operating forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime when necessary.
