I'm partnering with a highly regarded California law firm that is expanding its litigation practice and is looking to add a Real Estate Litigation / Banking Litigation Attorney to its team. If you have experience handling Real Estate Litigation, Banking Litigation, Mortgage Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Business Litigation, or other complex civil litigation matters, this could be an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.

What You'll Handle:
\n
- \n
- Commercial and residential real estate disputes.
- Banking and mortgage-related litigation.
- Contract disputes, title issues, easement and boundary disputes, partition actions, foreclosure litigation, and construction-related claims.
- Discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- 2-5+ years of litigation experience in Real Estate Litigation, Banking Litigation, Mortgage Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, or a closely related practice area.
- Active California Bar license.
- Experience managing litigation matters through all phases of the case.

Salary and Other Compensation:
\n

- The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 - $250,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
