In this role you will need to able to multi-task, have strong organizational skills, be familiar with security alarms, fire alarms, access control systems and camera installations. You must have the ability to work independently and lead others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining technicians’ schedules.
- Supervising and managing the service technicians in the field.
- Manage inventory.
- Assist customers with all questions and concerns a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate project status to the rest of the team.
- Communicate and effectively interact with customers, contractors and building owners.
- Provide programming support to the field technicians.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years successive experience in the security and fire alarm industry.
- Team player and possess leadership skills.
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
- Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record.
- Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.
