Caregiver – Residential Care Home (6-Bed RCFE)
We're looking for a kind, dependable, and compassionate caregiver to join our small, family-like care home team. If you enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful difference every day, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Help keep the home clean, organized, and safe.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior.
- Follow individualized care plans and work closely with the care team.
- Support medication assistance (training available for Med Tech certification).
What We're Looking For
- Caring, patient, and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Willing to help with cooking, cleaning, and daily household tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
- No caregiving experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training, including the opportunity to gain valuable memory care experience.
