Established 25+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Attorney for Plaintiff Employment Litigation in Beverly Hills, CA
An established plaintiff-side firm with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Attorney with 5+ years of experience handling wrongful termination and employment law matters to join their team in Beverly Hills, CA on a hybrid basis with three days onsite per week. This is an opportunity to litigate high-impact employment cases on behalf of employees against major corporations, with meaningful case responsibility from day one.
Offer
Base salary range: $150,000-$200,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation
Strong background handling wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and related employment claims
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of the CA State Bar
Experience with depositions, discovery, law and motion practice, and mediations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to independently manage a caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of wrongful termination and employment matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand letters
Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Develop case strategy and advise clients throughout the litigation process
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to advance cases efficiently
Negotiate settlements and prepare matters for trial as needed
