Experience the opportunity to support students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school setting located near San Francisco, CA. This contract assignment offers two temporary openings working on-site, providing essential coverage during maternity leaves. The work schedule is full-time, at 37.5 hours per week, beginning August 5, 2026. The precise duration and caseload details will be confirmed as additional supervisory information becomes available later in July.
Your expertise and leadership as a BCBA will significantly impact student outcomes by executing high-quality behavioral interventions and collaborating closely with educators and families.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid California credential with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) authorization
- Proven school-based experience preferred
- Strong collaborative skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral consultation and support to students and staff
- Assess students for behavioral needs, develop individualized intervention plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and support personnel to reinforce positive behavior supports in the classroom
- Conduct regular meetings and trainings for staff on behavioral best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting following school and district protocols
- Engage proactively with families, caregivers, and additional service providers
