The Assistant Facility & Warehouse Manager supports the management and coordination of daily operations within the facility and warehouse, ensuring efficient workflows and safety compliance. This role involves assisting with inventory control, supervising staff, and maintaining facility standards to optimize productivity.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods
- Support the Facility Manager in maintenance and safety compliance of the premises
- Help coordinate staff schedules and task assignments
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock audits
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage
- Facilitate communication across departments to streamline processes
- Aid in implementing health and safety policies in the facility and warehouse
- Report operational issues and suggest improvements to management.
