We are actively seeking an Operations & Finance Coordinator to join a dynamic, customer-focused organization that blends operational excellence with financial precision. What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Coordinate customer account setup, documentation, and ongoing record maintenance with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring timely and precise processing from entry through fulfillment
  • Act as a responsive point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving order, billing, and service-related issues effectively
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams including sales, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and service quality
  • Prepare and issue invoices while ensuring customer account records are complete and up to date
  • Monitor accounts receivable activity and assist with collection efforts to support timely payments
  • Provide backup support for accounts payable and receivable functions during coverage gaps or peak periods
  • Record and maintain financial activity within ERP systems, including invoicing, purchase orders, and reconciliations
  • Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis efforts as needed
  • Ensure compliance with sales tax and other financial reporting requirements
  • Identify discrepancies in transactions and proactively escalate issues for resolution
  • Support data accuracy across systems and contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and operational initiatives as assigned

To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance-related experience
  • Working knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and general accounting processes
  • Experience utilizing ERP systems such as Odoo or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally with both internal teams and external customers
  • High level of attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to identify issues, think critically, and contribute to process improvements
