Job DescriptionSeniore's Pizza in Pacific Beach is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance during your shift. You will supervise staff, assign duties and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience.
Seniore's Pizza in Pacific Beach opened its doors to the community in September 2025. We are part of the Seniore's Pizza franchise originating in San Francisco, CA in 2002. Seniore's has been bringing flavor, quality, and customer service to pizza lovers all across Northern California. With six operating locations, Seniore’s Pizza has created a menu that showcases classic flavors that any pizza connoisseur can appreciate, as well as some unique flavors that customers may not expect. Responsibilities:
- Work with, train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels, and restock when necessary
- Work closely with the owners, the assistant manager and other shift managers
Qualifications:
- Food Handlers Card is a bonus
- Previous food service experience
- Experience with making pizza
- Familiarity with POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work day shifts and night shifts
