Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to high school students, supporting their academic and functional goals.
- Assess student abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout the school year.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to optimize student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing OT services in a school-based or pediatric setting.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and hybrid service models a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for effective teamwork.
- Valid OT licensure to practice in California.
- Previous experience with high school caseloads is highly valued.
Requirements:
- Available for a full-time, 37.5-hour work week on-site.
- Commitment for the full 22/23 academic year.
