NOW HIRING – AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING POSITIONS

Open Positions - Manufacturing Associates:
- Assembler (Builder): assembling, aligning, and adjusting parts, such as rubber components by following precise manufacturing procedures
- Production Finisher: Removes excess material, sharp edges, or imperfections from pre-assembler rubber components
- Machine Operators (Press and Mill): Operate production equipment to manufacture aerospace components according to specifications. Responsible for loading materials, monitoring machine performance, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet safety and quality standards.
Pay Rate:
$17.50 – $18.75 per hour
Schedule:
Monday – Friday (overtime as needed)
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 4:00am to 12:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 1:30pm to 10:00pm

Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check
- Passing a pre-employment drug screening

- Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or otherwise qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required for all positions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
