We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

- Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.

- Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.

Qualifications:
\n

- Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.

Flexible Scheduling:
\n

- Nocturnist hours are 5 pm - 5 am and 7 pm - 7 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
- This is a full or part-time nocturnist position.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Focus on cross-covering and admissions, alongside several other nocturnists and a night Advanced Practice Provider.
- Procedures are not required.
- Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests.
- Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
- Utilize Epic EMR system.

Rewards and Compensation:
\n

- Annual compensation up to $385,000 - $420,000, based on the number of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
- Moonlighting premium for additional shifts.
