Accounting Manager
Global Escrow Partners, LLC
Global Escrow Partners is a growing organization providing shared accounting and operational services to 6 affiliated escrow and real estate service companies.
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager who will take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations across 6 entities and lead a team responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and efficient financial processes.
This is not a support role. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and is comfortable being accountable for results.
Responsibilities
· Lead daily accounting operations across affiliated companies.
· Oversee AP, AR, payroll administration, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
· Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
· Supervise, develop, and hold accounting staff accountable for performance and accuracy.
· Improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies.
· Support audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews.
· Partner with leadership to ensure financial operations support organizational growth.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
· Prior accounting management or supervisory experience.
· Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close.
· Experience in multi-entity accounting environments preferred.
· Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency.
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
