Join the Paddle House team and help create an outstanding experience for every guest on and off the water. We're looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused team members who enjoy working outdoors and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.
- Sell paddleboard memberships, retail merchandise, and rental packages.
- Explain membership benefits and recommend products based on customer needs.
- Check guests in for rentals.
- Provide safety briefings and basic paddleboarding instruction to renters of all experience levels.
- Assist guests with launching and returning paddleboards safely.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting retail shop and waterfront area.
- Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Promote a fun, safe, and positive environment for members and visitors.
- Support special events, lessons, and community activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry paddleboards (up to approximately 50 lbs.).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend, holiday, and evening availability preferred.
- Paddleboarding experience is a plus but not required—we'll provide training.

You should be comfortable making sales, teaching beginners the basics of paddleboarding, and helping guests have a safe and memorable experience on the water.
