Millwork Brothers Inc. is seeking an experienced Custom Finish Carpenter for high-end commercial millwork and casework fabrication.
This is not entry-level carpentry. We are looking for skilled craftsmen who can execute detailed work from shop drawings with precision and minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Read and execute from engineering/shop drawings
- Field measure and perform material take-offs
- Layout, fabricate, assemble, and build custom commercial casework
- Mill and process hardwood lumber
- Maintain quality standards and a clean workspace
- Follow all safety guidelines
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in custom carpentry or commercial millwork
- Strong knowledge of hardwood species and milling techniques
- Experience with custom commercial casework fabrication
- Ability to read blueprints independently
- Skilled with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Overtime as needed
Preferred
- Experience in commercial or architectural millwork environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
